Terms and Conditions / नियम और शर्तें
Registration and Fee Payment / पंजीकरण और शुल्क भुगतान:
- Students must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fee before attending classes.
- छात्रों को कक्षाओं में शामिल होने से पहले पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी होगी और निर्धारित शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा।
Refund Policy / धनवापसी नीति:
- Fees once paid are non-refundable except under specific circumstances as outlined by the institute.
- एक बार भुगतान किए गए शुल्क को संस्थान द्वारा निर्धारित विशेष परिस्थितियों को छोड़कर वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
Attendance and Punctuality / उपस्थिति और समय की पाबंदी:
- Students are expected to attend all classes on time. Frequent absences may lead to disqualification from certain benefits.
- छात्रों से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे सभी कक्षाओं में समय पर उपस्थित हों। लगातार अनुपस्थित रहने पर कुछ लाभों से अयोग्यता हो सकती है।
Code of Conduct / आचार संहिता:
- Respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory. Misconduct may lead to disciplinary actions, including expulsion.
- शिक्षकों, कर्मचारियों, और सहपाठियों के प्रति सम्मानजनक व्यवहार अनिवार्य है। अनुचित व्यवहार पर अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई, जैसे निष्कासन, की जा सकती है।
Study Material / अध्ययन सामग्री:
- The institute provides study material for personal use only. Distribution or reproduction without permission is prohibited.
- संस्थान व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए अध्ययन सामग्री प्रदान करता है। बिना अनुमति वितरण या पुनरुत्पादन निषिद्ध है।
Use of Facilities / सुविधाओं का उपयोग:
- Students must handle the institute’s resources responsibly. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the student.
- छात्रों को संस्थान के संसाधनों का जिम्मेदारी से उपयोग करना चाहिए। किसी भी प्रकार की क्षति की जिम्मेदारी छात्र की होगी।
Changes to Schedule / समय सारणी में परिवर्तन:
- The institute reserves the right to modify class schedules and timings as necessary.
- संस्थान को आवश्यकता अनुसार कक्षा की समय सारणी और समय में परिवर्तन का अधिकार है।
Examination and Evaluation / परीक्षा और मूल्यांकन:
- Students must adhere to the exam guidelines. Cheating or any form of dishonesty may result in strict action.
- छात्रों को परीक्षा के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करना चाहिए। नकल या किसी भी प्रकार की बेईमानी पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
